This webinar will review the current state of simulation nationally and discuss the importance of nursing to lead efforts to increase the use of simulation. Since each state has a different set of regulations regarding the use of simulation in pre-licensure programs, we will explore strategies to standardize regulations. We will discuss the value proposition for simulation, the need for ongoing faculty development and the need to follow national standards when teaching in simulation.
