Today’s nursing students are not traditional learners as they include those who are digital natives, multi-taskers, and members of diverse generational cohorts with unique values, learning styles, and expectations. For nurse educators, effective teaching begins with effective communication. This interactive 2 ½-hour webinar will explore strategies to “speak the language” of Gen Z, Millennials, and beyond. Through evidence-based approaches, participants will gain tools to strengthen rapport, bridge generational gaps, optimize feedback, and foster trust in both classroom and clinical settings. By understanding communication preferences, technology use, and motivational drivers, educators will leave better equipped to inspire today’s students and prepare them for tomorrow’s nursing workforce.
