Accountability is a cornerstone of professionalism, ethical practice, and safe patient care. Participants will explore evidence-based tools to encourage responsibility, integrity, and follow-through in academic and clinical settings. Through interactive discussions, case scenarios, and reflective activities, attendees will learn how to establish clear expectations, foster self-awareness, and create a culture of accountability that enhances learning outcomes and professional growth.
