Join Barb for a day devoted to the understanding of hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes in patients of all ages. You will learn neuranatomy and the blood supply of the brain in order to understand the various signs and symptoms observed in stroke patients. Barb will also discuss the risk factors and prevention measures that can be taken to reduce the risk of stroke. Treatment modalities, both surgical and medical will also be discussed.
